Conduct small group mathematics instruction tailored to students with learning difficulties, adapting lesson content to promote engagement and accessibility.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of numeracy development and support students across core math topics up to Grade 10.
Adapt and modify curriculum materials using evidence-based and AI-enhanced strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, setting measurable, student-centered math goals.
Track student progress in mathematical understanding and problem-solving, using formative assessments and adjusting instruction accordingly.
Collaborate closely with classroom aides, learning support staff, and allied health professionals to provide holistic support in the learning process.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, learning strategies, and how to support learning at home.
Foster a respectful, structured, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and capable.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
